After the initial consultation monthly coaching with Joel involves weekly objectives, very often with dailyback and forth via text to track towards objectives and goals. Once a week you will do a zoom calll with Joel to summarize the previous week and go over next objectives for the coming week. 6 month minimum. Best value.
