THE SEATTLE PROTOCOL
FROM THE IMMUNITY CODE
A core protocol from the Immunity Code Published in 2019 that has caught on in a big way is the Seattle Protocol.
A simple bedtime protocol to increase oxygenation while sleeping and clear hypoxia.
At bedtime you apply nasal strips on the bridge of the nose, tape over the mouth to keep it sealed shut when sleeping, and optionally, Nasonex™.
WHAT IT IS:
WHY IT WORKS:
As we age, the facial structure collapses. This creates reduced airway flow. At the same time, the cardiovascular system itself is undergoing an age-related decline. The net result is you oxygenate less while sleeping. This is disastrous.
Sleep requires a steady flow of oxygen to provide the energy we need for repair and renewal. Lack of oxygen while sleeping turns up several immune mechanisms that can drive a chronic inflammatory response.
The Seattle Protocol makes immediate corrections to improve airway flow and oxygenation during sleep.
With age the facial structure shrinks and the airway collapses
YOU NEED:
01
NASAL STRIPS
02
MOUTH TAPE
03
(Optional)
DO THIS:
01
Apply nasal strips at bedtime.
Press firmly to bridge of nose for 10 seconds
02
Optionally, apply Nasonex or Sinex.
Test one night with and one without.
03
At lights out, apply mouth tape.
Oxygenate brain 20% better during sleep.
